Looking to explore potential acquisition opportunities in a range of areas with a particular focus on Logistics and Supply Chain solutions, including Digital and Consultancy services operating in the Healthcare Sector.

Client is developing a focus in are Medical Device Manufacturers & Suppliers - Logistics/ Supply Chain services, Home Delivery Services (consumables and personal equipment), including Community services and Pathology Logistics.

Companies of particular interest are those who are currently supplying directly to NHS Trusts, intra-hospital, private medical care providers, dentists or providing home care consumables to residential addresses and nursing bases. In addition, our client will consider acquisition opportunities in the veterinary sector.
