An existing FM operator with a strategic plan to grow organically and by acquisition is looking for their next opportunity. With funding in place and with a recent history of acquiring, a profitable provider of soft or hard facility management services is sought. Retirement sales or a sale of a FM division of a larger entity would be attractive. Also, if the existing management wished to stay on this would not be a barrier.
