Paul Heaven has more than 30 years general management experience and is by profession a qualified chartered accountant. Having served his articles at Clement Keys & Co and his corporate finance apprenticeship at Ernst & Young. Paul was founder and Managing Director of Blue Sky Corporate Finance from 1998 until its merger with Jerroms in October 2019.
Over the years Paul has become an expert in corporate finance, venture capital, private equity and asset lending and has extensive experience of acquisitions, disposals, floatation and fund raising. Paul is a regular speaker at Corporate Finance events, a member of the GBSLEP Joint Growing Business and Access to Finance sub-board and is a mentor with the Aston Programme for Small Business Growth.
Paul is also a non-executive director for Birmingham’s Women’s and Children Hospital where he has served as Chairman of Audit, Finance and Resources and Quality Committees. Paul is currently Chairman of the board of the outsourced Facilities Management company (BWC Management Services Ltd), the board of Pharmacy Limited, the board of Health Services Limited and the Executive Infrastructure Group.
Tony Seaton joined Jerroms Corporate Finance as part of the Blue Sky Corporate Finance merger having previously worked for BDO.
With more than 30 years experience Tony provides financial and accountancy advice to his clients. He works with the local universities and many growing businesses, where he advises them on their growth strategy. Tony is a chartered accountant living in the Black Country and enjoys walking, followed by a pint of Batham’s bitter.
He is well known throughout the finance community in the West Midlands.
Tony has successfully worked with many of the regions banks, venture capitalists, lawyers and other financial institutions in raising finance, acquisitions and disposals within the SME market.
Steve Grice joined Jerroms Corporate Finance from Birmingham based Ludgate Finance where he served as Director. Steve has many years’ experience in raising debt funding and helping clients to raise bespoke funding solutions through the fast-growing non-bank finance sector
Steve is well known and highly respected across the West Midlands commercial finance community due to his extensive knowledge, expertise and experience in the SME Corporate Finance sector.
Steve offers a wealth of experience having previously held positions at the Black Country Reinvestment Society; HSBC; Wolverhampton Chamber of Commerce and Advantage Proof of Concept Fund.
Ross Davis joins Jerroms Corporate Finance having previously worked at Blue Sky Corporate Finance and ISO Quality Services.
As Associate Trainee Ross is involved in all aspects of Corporate Finance.
Ross plays a key role in facilitating research for corporate finance projects; managing the Jerroms Corporate Finance Investor portal and is involved in the preparation of financial modelling, business plans and information memorandums for perspective clients.
Sharon Adey has 25 years B2B marketing experience targeting Start-Ups, SMEs and larger multi-national companies and has a proven track record in the effective planning and execution of marketing activities utilising the whole spectrum of the marketing mix.
